I would give Silver Fern 10 stars! I cannot recommend Rick and Tamera enough. We just finished our addition and remodel today. We remodeled our hallway bath, did a master bath addition and re purposed our old master bath into closets.
When we started this project we consulted 5 contractors. Of everyone we talked to, we instantly liked Rick the best. From our first meeting he was building the concept in his mind. He took us from ideas, to drawing plans, the permit process to the build and finished product.  We loved this that we could do everything with one person. He has a great eye for detail and made wonderful suggestions throughout the process.
The finished product is beautiful. We were thrilled with Rick and have no complaints. Not many people can say that about their contractors. We have had bad contractors in the past.
